Therapy is a clinical service focused on healing, treating mental health symptoms (like anxiety, depression, or PTSD), and processing past trauma. It is a healthcare service, requires a diagnosis, and is limited by state law to residents of California.
Coaching is a goal-oriented partnership focused on the "here and now." We look at your current life, identify obstacles, and build a strategic roadmap for your future. Coaching is not clinical, does not involve a diagnosis, and is available to anyone, anywhere in the world.

No. Because coaching is not a medical or mental health treatment, it is not covered by insurance. Coaching is a private-pay investment in your personal development.
