CLINICAL SUPERVISION, THERAPY (CA only)
Dr. Tanisha Simpson
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, relationship challenges, past experiences, or family patterns begin affecting the way you see yourself and move through the world. You may find yourself struggling with self-doubt, repeating unhealthy patterns, carrying emotional pain, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts to move forward. You do not have to navigate that journey alone.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and challenges connected to past experiences and generational patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, creating a space where clients feel supported while developing practical tools for meaningful change. I believe healing involves more than managing symptoms; it also involves understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and building a life that feels more aligned with who you want to become.
With experience supporting individuals experiencing crisis and complex mental health challenges, I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will identify strengths, build coping skills, and create a path toward resilience, growth, and lasting change.

Dr. Jai Ferrell
You look successful on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, burned out, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. You’re tired of carrying the weight of expectations, relationships that drain you, grief that feels heavy, or the constant pressure to keep it all together. Deep down, you want peace of mind, healthier boundaries, confidence, and the freedom to feel more like yourself again.
I’m Dr. Jai Ferrell, DMFT. I work with adolescents and adults, especially high-achieving women, who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. Using a supportive and practical approach grounded in evidence-based strategies, I help clients build clarity, confidence, emotional balance, and lasting change.
I understand how difficult it can feel to appear strong while struggling internally. You do not have to carry that weight alone. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is available.

Tamarre Collier
Marriage & Family Therapist | Child & Adolescent Specialist
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping children and teens navigate anxiety, emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, school stress, and family transitions. I believe every child deserves a space where they can feel safe, understood, and free to be their authentic self. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where young people feel comfortable expressing difficult emotions and developing confidence in themselves.
My approach is grounded in Narrative and Solution-Focused therapies, helping children recognize their strengths, build coping skills, and make sense of their experiences in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, emotional outbursts, difficulty adjusting to changes, or struggles in school or relationships, I work collaboratively to help them develop practical tools that support lasting growth.
I also recognize that children thrive within the support of their family system. I partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support that strengthens communication, connection, and understanding. Together, we can help your child move from simply getting through challenges to building resilience and confidence for the future.
