A Space to Breathe. A Place to Heal.

California-Based Clinical Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families

Healing is not a straight path, and meaningful change takes intention and support. Our team provides thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for individuals, children, and families navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relational stress, and major life transitions.

We also work with neurodivergent individuals, including those managing ADHD and related challenges, offering practical strategies that support focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.

Our approach centers on identifying underlying patterns, strengthening resilience, and equipping you with tools that foster clarity, stability, and long-term growth.

Clinical mental health services are available to California residents.

Treatment plans are individualized and adjusted as progress is made

What to Expect

Therapy begins with a comprehensive intake assessment where we clarify your goals and evaluate presenting concerns. From there, we collaboratively develop a treatment plan and meet regularly to support progress.

Our clinicians provide ongoing evaluation and structured interventions designed to promote emotional health, relational strength, and long-term stability.

Insurance & Payment

Therapy services may be covered by insurance depending on your plan. Private-pay options are also available.

If using insurance, services must meet medical necessity criteria and are limited to California residents.

Please contact our office to verify coverage or discuss private-pay rates.
